Refund & Cancellation Policy

Who you are paying

SowGood is an enrollment platform used by independent class providers, including CPR trainers, STEM programs, and other enrichment organizations. When you enroll a student and pay for a class, that payment is collected on behalf of the class provider you booked with and is settled directly to that provider. The payment is processed by Stripe on the provider's own account; the provider is the merchant of record for the class.

This matters for refunds: the provider holds the funds, so the provider is the party that can return them. Depending on how the provider has configured its account, the charge may appear on your card statement under the provider's business name rather than under SowGood.

Refunds and cancellations for classes

Refunds and cancellations for classes are issued by the class provider, not by SowGood. Each provider sets its own refund and cancellation terms, including any deadlines, fees, transfer options, and whether a class is refundable at all. Those terms are the ones that apply to your enrollment.

To request a refund, a cancellation, or a transfer to a different session, contact the class provider directly, using the contact details the provider gave you when you enrolled. If you do not have the provider's contact details, see the next section.

If a provider cancels a class, the provider is responsible for refunding affected enrollments under its own terms.

If you can't reach the provider

If you have contacted the class provider and have not been able to resolve a refund or cancellation request, or if you do not have the provider's contact details, contact SowGood support at support@sowgoodtechnologies.com.

SowGood can locate your enrollment record, confirm what was charged, and pass your request on to the provider. Because SowGood does not hold the funds for a class payment, SowGood cannot issue a refund for a class on a provider's behalf, cannot override a provider's refund terms, and cannot guarantee the outcome of a request to a provider.

Provider subscriptions

Separately from class payments, class providers pay SowGood a recurring subscription to use the platform. That subscription is billed by SowGood directly and is not a class payment.

To cancel a subscription, or for any subscription billing question or dispute, contact support@sowgoodtechnologies.com. Unlike class payments, SowGood bills this charge itself and can cancel or refund it directly.
